ASK RAY ABOUT REAL ESTATE | Selling? Think like a buyer
Dear Ray,
Our home has been listed for two years, but we’ve had no offers. We’ve changed agents twice. Every time a house sells in our neighborhood, we lower our price to match their sale price. Still no sale. Our home is a former model home, only a few years old, but new homes are selling nearby, while we have few showings. What can we do?
