Permit applications

2348 43RD AVE. E. (3014886) for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to allow a three-story structure with six residential units. Parking for six vehicles to be provided below-grade within the structure. Existing garage to be demolished; existing single-family residence to remain. The following approval is required: Shoreline Substantial Development to allow a multi-family structure in a UR environment. Building, excavation and demolition permits may be needed but were not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Jan. 8.

402 30TH AVE. E. (3016314) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project No. 362124 (built in 1944). This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create two unit lots granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Jan. 2.

208 25TH AVE. E. (3015430) on a Land Use Application to allow a three-story, five-unit townhouse structure in an environmentally critical area. Surface parking for three vehicles to be provided on the site. Existing structure to be demolished. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Sept. 12, 2013, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Jan. 2.

3217 E. SPRING ST. (3016315) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel of land into two parcels. Existing structures are to be legally removed. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create two parcels of land conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Jan. 2.
