208 25TH AVE. E. (3015430) for a Land Use application to allow a three-story, five-unit townhouse structure in an environmentally critical area. Surface parking for three vehicles to be provided on-site. Existing structure to be demolished. The following approvals are required: Streamlined Design ReviewSEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Building and demolition permits may be needed but were not included in this application. 717 MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. WAY S. (3015916) to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is being reviewed under Project No. 6356418. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Short Subdivision to create three unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application.
