The Friday Fish Fry seems to be something of the past, or maybe it is regional to Southern and Eastern United States.

I have had a fish fry at my home for the last 15 years. Through my fish-fry events, which I have for various causes, I found that people really like fried fish. So I thought I would share the recipe with those who want to add this festivity to their holiday fare.

A fish fry must have certain ingredients besides fried fish. Baked beans, greens, corn bread, cobbler, a cold drink and good music are requirements.
