The Seattle Kraken will begin their preseason schedule for their inaugural NHL season with the team playing home and away games against the Vancouver Canucks, Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames. The games will take place between Sept. 26 and Oct. 5. The schedule is as follows:

• Seattle Kraken vs. Vancouver Canucks, 6 p.m. Sept. 26 at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena

• Seattle Kraken vs. Edmonton Oilers, 7 p.m. Oct. 1 at Angel of Winds Arena, Everett

  Seattle Kraken vs. Calgary Flames, 7 p.m. Oct. 2 at accesso ShoWare Center, Kent

Tickets for each game will be sold by each individual WHL team. The Seattle Kraken will donate a portion of ticket revenue to One Roof Foundation with a goal of raising over $500,000 to expand youth access to hockey. The Kraken is working with the Thunderbirds, the Silvertips and the Chiefs, along with the Tri-City Americans and the Portland Winterhawks, to grow the game across the region.

Kraken season ticket members whose packages previously included preseason games at Climate Pledge Arena will be offered an account credit. The puck will drop for the inaugural season at Climate Pledge Arena in October.
