The Argosy Christmas Ships festival will travel into the area again for the holiday season, with stops at two local beaches and docking in Leschi.

The Christmas Ships will dock in Leschi Marina, departing and returning from there on Tuesday, Dec. 11, and Wednesday, Dec. 12. It will depart at 7 p.m. and return at 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 11, and depart at 6:30 p.m. and return at 9:20 p.m. on Dec. 12.

The ships will make a stop at Madison Beach on Dec. 22, with the Dickens Carolers aboard, from 4:55 to 5:15 p.m. The Dickens Carolers will be aboard again when it stops at Madrona Beach later that night, from 9:45 to 10:05 p.m. 

Community bonfires have taken place on the beach during these stops in the past. Only the Madrona Beach stop has been confirmed for this year, according to Argosy Cruises.
