New location: Valerie Collymore Fine Art has opened a location at 4031 E. Madison St. Offering Impressionist oil paintings from America and France, the store is open 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Fridays and 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturdays.
Madrona
Closed: Lynette and Marc Vertoch closed Cameos & Crowns, 1137 34th Ave., on Feb. 10, after nearly two years in business.
They will now focus on their wholesale division, which provides inventory to more than 500 stores across the country.
Washington Park
Partnership: Blue Sky Cleaners, which has a storefront at 3100 E. Madison St., has partnered with Northwest Center to host its collection barrels for gently used clothing.
Blue Sky Cleaners is Seattle’s only toxin-free cleaning service; its delivery vehicles are also emissions-free.
