Adiós and hola: Carlos Kainz and Julie Guerrero closed Dulces Latin Bistro, 1430 34th Ave., at the end of January after nearly 17 years in business.
The couple had previously tried to find a Capitol Hill location for a new restaurant. They now plan to open Kava Bistro in the former Panzanella Bakery site at 14th Avenue and East Union Street.[[In-content Ad]]
