The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed; Short Subdivision to create two parcels of land conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Monday, June 30.
Public hearings
*4551 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. (3008163) on the DPD director's recommendation to rezone from L4/RC to NC1 P40'. (This rezone affects the westerly 14 to 16 feet of the property. The easterly portion of the site will remain NC1 P40').
The DPD director has determined that the proposal will not have a significant adverse environmental impact, and has issued a Declaration of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required).

Appeals must be accompanied by $50 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle. Any appeal of the decision will be heard at the public hearing on July 11.
