Permit applications
206 26TH AVE. E. (3017375) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into six unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project No. 6367576. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Unit Lot Subdivision to create six unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through July 30.
Permit decisions
1938 43RD AVE. E. (3013613) on a Shoreline Substantial Development Application to add a new dwelling unit to an existing commercial building. Project includes changing the use of a portion of an existing structure and adding a second-story addition for the new dwelling unit. No parking is proposed. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Shoreline Substantial Development to allow development in the UR shoreline environment granted (this decision is appealable to the Washington State Shoreline Hearings Board until at least Aug. 4); Variance to provide less than the required ground level amenity area granted (the hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than July 28).
