The Central Library (1000 Fourth Ave.) will host the 2014 Seattle Design Festival, featuring 20 free programs over two days that explore the theme “Design in Motion.”
Seattle designers and community leaders will be on hand for panel discussions, lectures, workshops and a film screening, starting from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13, and again on Sunday, Sept. 14. For a schedule of events, visit www.spl.org/audiences/adults/seattle-design-festival.
This fourth-annual festival is free and open to the public. Registration is not required for most presentations; check the Library’s calendar for details. Parking is available in the Central Library garage.
