Seattle Department of Transportation crews will pave 31st Avenue South from South Dearborn to South Charles streets this weekend, Saturday, Aug. 22, and Sunday, Aug. 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
One lane will remain open to motor vehicles, shared by traffic going in both directions, with the help of a traffic flagger. A police officer will assist drivers and pedestrians.
