Permit applications

1834 38TH AVE. E. (3019259) for a Land Use Application to allow a new single-family residence. Parking for two vehicles to be provided. The following approval is required: Variance to allow a principal structure to extend into the side-yard setback of a reverse corner lot in SFR. Written comments accepted through Jan. 18.

2307 43RD AVE. E. (3018565) for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to allow a three-story, three-unit apartment building. Two standard and two tandem parking spaces to be provided below-grade (six parking spaces total). The following approval is required: Shoreline Substantial Development to allow multi-family development in the UR environment. Written comments accepted through Feb. 3.
