Appeals are made to the Office of the Hearing Examiner, Seattle Municipal Tower, 40th Floor (SMT-40-00), 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 4000, Seattle, WA 98104. Appeals must be accompanied by a $85 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle.

Permit applications

2603 E. THOMAS ST. (3020412) for a Land Use Application to allow a three-story, five-unit rowhouse in an environmentally critical area. Three surface parking spaces provided on site. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Building permit may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Aug. 5.

 

Permit decisions

307 26TH AVE. E. (3019041) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel of land into two parcels in an environmentally critical area. Existing structures to remain. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create two parcels of land granted; Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Feb. 19, 2015, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Aug. 3.

911 29TH AVE. S. (3017819) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into five unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project No. 6352226. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Unit Lot Subdivision to create five unit lots granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Aug. 6.
