Appeals are made to the Office of the Hearing Examiner, Seattle Municipal Tower, 40th Floor (SMT-40-00), 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 4000, Seattle, WA 98104. An $85 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle must accompany appeals.

Permit decisions

2307 43RD AVE. E. (3018565) on a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to allow a three-story, three-unit apartment building. Two standard and two tandem parking spaces to be provided below-grade (six parking spaces total). The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Shoreline Substantial Development to allow multi-family development in the UR environment conditionally granted. This decision is appealable to the Washington State Shoreline Hearing Board until at least July 2.
