CB Bain to open luxury office in Madison Park

Coldwell Banker Bain (CB Bain) is opening its first-ever Previews luxury office in Madison Park. The office (4227 E. Madison St.) is expected to open in early May at the site of the former boutique real estate company Madison House Ltd.

CB Bain of Madison Park is the company’s 31st branch. Coldwell Banker Bain brokers handling luxury properties are certified to do so as part of an exclusive group in the Coldwell Banker Previews International luxury home sales program.

Michelle Van Tassell, formerly assistant principal managing broker for CB Bain’s Mercer Island office, has been named principal managing broker for CB Bain of Madison Park. She began her career in international marketing at Microsoft and has been with CB Bain since 2005.

Designed by architectural firm Ware Malcomb, th CB Bain of Madison Park office will feature private and semi-private offices and conference and meeting rooms. Brokers will also have the services of a dedicated, in-house luxury marketing team, as well as a full-time office manager.
