New women’s boutique opens

Malika Siddiq has opened Lika Love (2921 E. Madison St.), selling “affordable, fashion-forward” women’s apparel, jewelry, handbags and accessories.

Lika Love began in December 2014 as a mobile boutique, transforming a step-van into a walk-in closet, complete with a fitting room and a personal stylist. (The mobile boutique is still available for parties and events.)

Siddiq said she was inspired by the growing small business communities in both Madison Valley and West Seattle, which led her to open brick-and-mortar stores there in October 2015.
