Permit decisions
3014 E. DENNY WAY (3020370) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. Existing residential units to remain. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lot. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Unit Lot Subdivision to create two unit lots granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Feb. 22.

Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355 (Reference Seattle Municipal Code 25.05.660). The appeal hearing will take place April 5 at 9 a.m.
