To Prohibition! Or rather its repeal. Dick Cantwell, head brewer and co-owner of the Elysian Brewery on the corner of East Pike Street and 12th Avenue East, raises a glass of very drinkable beer brewed in an antique bathtub in the middle of the dining room. The bathtub beer is a symbollic gesture honoring the anniversary of the end of Prohibition in 1933. [[In-content Ad]]
