Do you want to have a hand in what's really going on?

The Municipal League of King County is looking for volunteers to participate in its annual candidate evaluation program this June and July. Volunteers will help interview potential candidates for Seattle City Council, the King County Council, Port of Seattle Commission and school board and local races throughout the county.

Volunteers will research candidates and interview them and rate their qualification for public office based on a non-partisan criteria. Volunteers should attend a training session in Seattle on either June 12 or 13. Volunteer committees will meet during the evenings of June 25 - 28 and July 9 - 12.

Applications can be downloaded at www.munileague.org and must be submitted by June 8 by email to cec@munileague.org or by fax at 425-671-0506.
