PERMIT DECISIONS

4310 36th Ave. W. (3007776) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into four unit lots. The construction of townhouses hasbeen approved under Project No. 6127885. This subdivision of prop-erty is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create four unit lots conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Nov. 1.

1617 First Ave. W. (3007128) on a Land Use Application to expand an existing institution (childcare center) in a single-family zone. The child care center will have six employees and will provide care for 40 children. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Administrative Conditional Use to allow single-purpose residential in a zone conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Nov. 1.

2144 Westlake Ave. N. (3004498) on a Shoreline Substantial Development Application to remove 11 floating piers and four timber pilings. Installation of a main pier, an extension and seven finger piers, for an over-water coverage total of 4,811 square feet. Project includes 34 12-inch steel pilings. No additional parking proposed. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Variance to provide less than required parking granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Wednesday, Oct. 31.

222 Queen Anne Ave. N. (3005302) on a Land Use Application to allow a six-story, 30-unit apartment building with retail located at the ground floor. Parking for 36 vehicles to be located in below-grade garage. Existing administrative office building to be demolished. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance with conditions (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and project conditioned as applicable; Design Review conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Wednesday, Oct. 31.
