PERMIT DECISIONS

(3006645) on a Land Use Application to allow one two-unit townhouse and one single-family residence (totaling three units) in an environmentally critical area. Parking for three vehicles to be provided within the structures. Existing single-family and accessory structures to be removed under separate permit.

The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed.


APPEAL HEARINGS

(3006340) on a Land Use Application to allow grading in an environmentally critical area. Project includes relocation of 30 parking stalls. Project also includes interior building alterations on all floors.

The following decision has been appealed: Determination of Non-Significance with conditions (no Environmental Impact Statement required).
