PERMIT DECISIONS

• 10530 24th Ave. N.E. (3007512) on a Land Use Application to allow one four-unit townhouse structure in an environmentally critical area. Parking for four vehicles to be provided within the structure. Project includes grading. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance with conditions (no Environmental Impact Statement required).The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Monday, Aug. 27.

• 3650 Bridge Way N. (3006094) on a Land Use Application to allow a three-story, seven-unit townhouse structure. Below-grade parking for seven vehicles to be provided within the structure. Project includes grading. Existing structure to be demolished. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Administrative Design Review to exceed maximum structure depth conditionally granted; Administrative Design Review to exceed maximum lot coverage conditionally granted; Administrative Design Review to allow a portion of the principal structure to extend into required side setback conditionally granted; Administrative Design Review to allow private open space above ground level conditionally granted; Administrative Design Review to exceed allowable roof coverage conditionally granted. An additional 12 parking spaces will be provided for a total of 35 parking spaces located within the structure. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Monday, Aug. 27.

• 8414 Linden Ave. N. (3006468) on a Land Use Application to allow two four-unit townhouse structures with parking for eight vehicles located within the structures. Existing structures to be demolished.
