1507 S. Pearl St. (3007304) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel of land into two parcels. Existing structures are to remain. 3613 S. Spokane St. (3007394) for a Land Use Application to allow one four-unit townhouse structure, one two-unit townhouse structure and one single-family residence for a total of seven units.
