Thank you for the article about the new proprietors of the Upper Crust Bakery in Magnolia. But I have an addition to your article.
They are making great challah every Friday, at a reasonable cost, too. They might even try making a round challah for Rosh Hashanah.
I am sure I am not the only one in Magnolia who appreciates this. Ever since I moved from the San Francisco Bay Area three years ago, I have been on a hunt for good challah in Seattle.
