Permit applications

2808 E. UNION ST. (3017936) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project No. 6390399. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Unit Lot Subdivision to create three unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Aug. 27.

Permit decisions

926 29TH AVE. S. (3017580) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project No. 6380478. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Unit Lot Subdivision to create two unit lots granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Aug. 25.

299R LAKESIDE AVE. S. (3017309) on a Shoreline Substantial Development Application to allow the replacement of a 325-linear-foot, 8-inch-diameter pipe Combined Sewer Outfall (water/sewer pipe) to store excess stormwater (CSO outfall 31). Seattle Public Utilities prepared a Determination of Non-Significance dated Dec. 19, 2013. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Shoreline Substantial Development to allow the replacement of a utility line in the Conservancy Recreation (CR) and Urban Stable (US) environments conditionally granted; Shoreline Special Use to allow the replacement of a utility line in the Conservancy Recreation (CR) environment by Special Use conditionally granted; SEPA to conditionally approve pursuant to 25.05.660. This decision is appealable to the Washington State Shoreline Hearings Board until at least Sept. 4.

2320 E. MADISON ST. (3015637) on a Land Use Application to allow a six-story congregate residence with 38 rooms. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance with conditions (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and project conditioned as applicable. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Oct. 10, 2013, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Aug. 28.
