Permit decisions

2536 E. MADISON ST. (3017133) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into four unit lots in an environmentally critical area. The construction of residential units is under Project No. 6353062. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Unit Lot Subdivision to create four unit lots granted; Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on March 27, 2013, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Dec. 8.
