Permit applications

104 29TH AVE. S. (3018761) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project No. 6398644. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Unit Lot Subdivision to create three unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Nov. 12.

Permit decisions

1723 27TH AVE. (3017720) on a Land Use Application to allow a new duplex in an environmentally critical area. Existing single-family residence to remain. Parking for two vehicles to be provided. Environmental review to include future unit-lot subdivision. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on June 19, 2014, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Nov. 13.
