Appeals are made to the Office of the Hearing Examiner, Seattle Municipal Tower, 40th Floor (SMT-40-00), 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 4000, Seattle, WA 98104. An $85 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle must accompany appeals.

Permit decisions
1718 27TH AVE. (3019498) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project No. 6416376. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Unit Lot Subdivision to create two unit lots granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than April 30.
