I wholeheartedly support the decision to divest from Wells Fargo by the city council! It can also be an incentive for all of us to divest from the big banks supporting organizations hostile to our values! The power of the purse is significant in all areas of our daily transactions; it is what always will make a difference.
I also choose to buy skin care and cleaning products from companies who do not test these products on animals; there will be a cruelty-free statement on the back of the container if the company does not test on animals.
