Last First Fridays Madrona in December

Businesses are keeping First Fridays Madrona going through the end of 2018, with a special holiday event planned for December.

Madrona Dog Company owner Susan Fondren came up with the idea of programming special activities and demonstrations at businesses along 34th Avenue on the first Friday of every month, with First Fridays Madrona launching in May.

People can enjoy wine tastings at Madrona Wine Merchants and Wildridge Winery, catch glassblowing demonstrations at Glassybaby, check out pop-up shops within shops and live music by David Francis and his Les Jeunes Artistes trio. 

The last First Fridays Madrona of 2018 will run 5-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7.
