The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife has opened winter crabbing in Marine Area 10 through Dec. 31. Crabbing will be allowed seven days a week. Licenses purchased this year are valid through Dec. 31. People will need to get a winter catch card to submit a catch total after the winter season has concluded.
