The Madrona Neighborhood Association invites families to Madrona Mayfair, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. May 7 at the Madrona Playfield, 3211 E. Spring St. The event includes a parade, pony rides, face painting, balloon artist, bouncy house and carnival games. Parade line-up begins at 9:15 a.m. at Al Larkins Park, 34th and Pine, and the parade begins at 9:30. At 10 a.m. there will be a reptile man show at the shelter house, and Charles the Clown will perform at 11 a.m. at the shelter house.
